How To Make  Chocolate Ganache


Take a healthy fruity snack anytime and dip them in with this creamy chocolate fondue recipe!



What you need:
1 pack (250 ml) All purpose cream
6 ounces broken chocolate pieces
Fruits of your choice

What to do:
In a saucepan, bring all purpose cream to a simmer. Turn off heat then add the chocolate pieces.
Whisk continuously until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
Transfer chocolate into a fondue pot and serve with slices of your favorite fruits like strawberry, mango, pineapple, kiwi, melon etc.
Serves 4 to 5.  Cooking time: 5 minutes.
