Chocolate jaffle



Makes 4. Preparation time 5 minutes. Cooking time 10 minutes.

8 slices of white bread
butter
peanut butter or tinned caramel
chocolate spread or chocolate
pieces
4 marshmallows

• Lightly butter the bread on both sides. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on 4 slices and add a big dollop of chocolate spread to the others. (If you are not using chocolate spread, scatter the chocolate pieces on the peanut butter instead.)

• Stick a marshmallow in the middle and wedge the peanut and chocolate slices together.

• Slowly toast the sandwich in a greased jaffle pan until brown and crisp or fry in melted butter in a pan.
