Salt-baked potatoes


Serves 6. Preparation time 5 minutes. Cooking time 1-2 hours.

8-12 medium potatoes
big handful sea salt flakes


• Wash and dry the potatoes. Prick all over with a fork and place them in a single layer in a foil container. Sprinkle the potatoes generously with salt.

• Bake the potatoes in a hot kettle braai with the lid on for 1-2 hours.
