Cream of celery soup

Very healthy meal. Best served with toasted bread croutons!


• 3-4 celery
• 2 onions
• 2-3 potatoes
• 0.15 pounds of butter
• 0.20 pounds of cheese
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1 cup of milk
• Salt
• 4.3 pounds of water

Step 1:
Peel the celery and onion and place in boiling water. After 30 minutes add the boiled potatoes peeled, washed and cut into four.

Step 2:
After all vegetables are well cooked, pass through a sieve and add to the boiling soup and flour mixed in warm milk. Add salt and cook once more to some boil.

Step 3:
At the end, add butter and sprinkle cheese on top
