Crushed dry peas soup


Very appreciated and healthy meal. Best served with croutons!

Ingredients:

• 0.65 pounds of dries peas
• 3.3 pounds of boiling water
• 1 onion
• 0.10 pounds of butter
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• Sugar
• Salt
• Pepper

Step 1:
Place peas in cold water and boiled onions. Boil gently heat so they do not catch on the bottom. After the boil, give everything through the sieve.

Step 2:
Separately, put butter in a saucepan to hot fire, exactly, add flour and stir constantly by little by putting boiling water.

Step 3:
Add mashed peas, remaining boiling water, sugar and salt to taste. How long boils, stir constantly, to not catch on the bottom.
