Garlic and yogurt sauce

It is delicious for fish dishes, but also for steaks.


400ml yogurt
1 garlic bulb
2 spoons olives oil

Step 1:
Triturate the garlic and mix it with salt.

Step 2:
Pour the olive oil drop by drop, and the yogurt, permanently stirring. If you want, chopped fresh dill can be added.
