Onion soup


Best served with croutons and preferably hot!

Ingredients:

• 3 onions
• 1 carrot
• 1 parsley root
• 1 small celery
• 1 parsnips
• 3 tablespoons of oil
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• Breadcrumbs
• Salt

Step 1:
Peel onions, cut and fry in oil and add little by little flour, mixing all the time. Vegetables are cleaned, grated and cooked in 2.3 pounds of water with salt.

Step 2:
After you have cooked, strain and lemon on top of onion. Let boil and add salt as you wish.
