Cream of leek soup


This delicious meal is best served with croutons!

Ingredients:

• 1.2 pounds of leeks
• 2 potatoes
• 1 onion
• Parsley
• 3 tablespoons of oil
• Crutons
• Salt
• Pepper

Step 1:
Onions, leeks and potatoes are clean, wash and cut into small pieces. Boil in 4.3 pounds of salted water, strain, mix them, take them through a sieve and mix with lemon.

Step 2:
Bring to a boil again, add chopped green herbs and salt and pepper to suit.
