Quiche in a tin cup

Serves 1
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

ingredients of choice like bacon, feta, mushrooms and chopped,cooked sausages
butter or margarine to grease the tin cup

Place a tin cup in a big flat-bottomed pot and fill the pot with water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the cup. Remove the cup and bring the water to a boil. In the meantime, beat the eggs, milk and seasoning together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into the greased cup and place into the boiling water.

Cover the pot with a lid and boil for about 10 minutes, or until the egg is cooked.Run a knife around the edge of the quiche to loosen it You can remove the quiche or eat it straight out of the cup.
