Cauliflower soup with sour cream

Serve immediately, adding to the plate a little bunch of cauliflower!


• 2 large of cauliflowers
• 3.3 pounds of boiling water
• 1 cup of oil
• Flour
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons of sour cream

Step 1:
Clean cauliflower, break into pieces and boil in salted water. From boiled cauliflower stops per one bunch per serving, and the rest is given through a sieve, and mixed.

Step 2:
Add boiling water as needed and after a few boiled soup is ready.

Step 3:
At the end add the egg yolk and cream.
