Cheese and eggs zucchini

A delicious vegetarian recipe.


• 3-5 zucchini
• 5-4 oz cheese
• 4-6 fl oz sour cream
• 1.7 oz (50g) butter
• 2 eggs
• 1.7 oz (50g) flour
• fresh dill
• fresh ground pepper
• salt

Step 1:
Wash the zucchini thoroughly and boil them in salty water for 10 minutes, covered.

Step 2:
Drain them an cut them in halves, lengthwise. Squeeze them a little from the water they absorbed and scoop the core.

Step 3:
For the stuffing, mix grated cheese with eggs, flour, sour-cream, ground pepper and freshly chopped dill.

Step 4:
Fill the zucchini halves with this mixture and place them on a greased and dusted trey. Bake over medium heat for 30 minutes until they turn golden-brown.

Step 5:
Serve warm, sprinkled with grated yellow cheese and sour cream.
