Cream of leek soup with cheese

Delicious meal. Best served with with a glass of juice!


• 4-5 leeks
• 0.20 pounds of butter
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1 cup of milk
• 0.20 pounds of cheese
• Salt
• 2 carrots
• 1 parsnips
• 2 onions
• 1/2 of celery

Step 1:
Peel the vegetables, wash and boil in salted water, then strain. Clean leeks, washed and cut into thin slices.

Step 2:
Steam in 3/4 of the amount of fat. When softened leeks well, add flour, stir, then off slapping a few tablespoons of vegetable juice. Let it boil until the leek is well cooked.

Step 3:
Puree obtained is passed through a sieve and mix with juice from vegetables and remaining milk. Let it boil a few, and then add salt, add remaining butter and grated cheese or cheese on top.
