Stuffed mushrooms

Interesting side dish , great to have it with steak. Reduced complexity , ready in about 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 10 mushrooms
• 100 gr of cheese
• 100 gr of bacon
• 1 onion
• dill
• oil, salt and pepper

Step 1:
Wash and clean the mushrooms, then carefully break the stems and finely chop them. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a pan and meanwhile chip the onion. When the oil is hot, add onions in the pan and leave 'em to cook a few minutes.

Step 2:
After it starts to soften, add chopped bacon and chopped mushroom stems. Let the composition for the stuffed mushrooms over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 3:
Finally, spice the mixture for stuffing mushrooms with salt and pepper and add the chopped dill.

Step 4:
Fill the mushroom hats with the resulting composition and grated cheese. Put the tray with the stuffed mushrooms in the pre-heated oven. Let the stuffed mushrooms in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at medium heat.
