Simple potato soup (dietary)

Instead of sour cream can be boiled noodles in soup or served with toasted white bread cubes!


▶ 4 large potatoes
▶ 2 carrots
▶ 1 celery
▶ 1 parsley root
▶ 1 parsnips
▶ 1 onion
▶ Salt
▶ Green herbs
▶ 1 cup of sour cream
▶ 1 egg yolk
▶ Optional a hand of noodles or fried white bread cubes
▶ 3.3 pounds of water

Step 1

Boil carrots, celery, parsley, onion and chopped parsnips in four in a pot with 3.3 pounds of boiling water and salt. When they are almost cooked, add the potatoes cut into quarters.

Step 2
